  Horrible place i went in to cut cats nails and i got denied twice because they are acraid of the animal.yea look for a different job you dont know what your doing and dont know to do the job properly never in my life i will go to this place. Stay away from this Banfield

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Brought out beloved dog there on Monday and she passes away 5 days later. They told us she was in great shape even though we had concerns, she lost weight within months, stopped eating, sleeping a lot, but NO, nothing. Her body went into shock, weak heart rate, fluid on her stomach and we couldn't save her! Our hearts are broken and we trusted them. When we called to let them know, they didn't even care. We cancelled our wellness fee for the month and they actually stated we still had to pay it!! After discussions they waived it.
