  Had a home delivery and instal for a washer and dryer the men who came to install were very inappropriate and rude and then they told me they couldn’t install the washer and dryer because I didn’t have the right hook ups. My dad and boyfriend have looked and all the hook ups are there they just didn’t feel like doing work that day I’m guessing or they were trying to say I didn’t have the right stuff and charge me more. , it’s been four days and I’ve called and complained they haven’t given me my money back for the install and won’t answer the phone, I keep getting put on 20 minute holds and the line keeps going back to the general help line I called in the first place after a supervisor puts me on hold. They haven’t been any help maybe only one supervisor has been helpful
