  I called Dwayne Palmer on a Friday morning because our garage door was stuck and wouldn't open or close. He tried to help me over the phone but quickly realized the problem was bigger than that. He came out to the house within a few hours (I was not home), communicated to me what parts were needed to fix the problem and the cost of the repair, fixed the problems (again, I was not home and he made the repairs in good faith - who does that anymore???) and we made payment arrangements that afternoon. Dwayne was wonderful at communication, keeping me in the loop the entire time. His cost was very reasonable and he offered a 5 year warranty on parts. I highly recommend Click-It Overhead Garage Door!
