  Dr. McNerney and his staff are incredible. I cannot get numb and have painful childhood memories of dentistry. In the past five years I have needed to have filings replaced, new cavities and even a root canal. I went to Dr. McNerney for all of these services, and he and his staff were fabulous. I needed to get a nurse and have "twilight" anesthesia administered, and it worked perfectly. I can't tell how wonderful it is to not have those dreadful moments when the dentist tells you you need work.
  For anyone - and those especially with sensitive teeth or not affected by local anesthesia - he is a great choice.
