  This is one of those times when you should read the comments and believe every one. Pick a different location! We scheduled an order for pickup at 2pm on black friday for our Thanksgiving Celebration - it was literally the center piece. When we showed up to pick up the store was locked and no one was there. We sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes trying to reach someone to figure out what was going on but all that the customer service people could tell us was that they had no idea why the store was closed.
  
  When I called to follow up on this complaint I was told that the owner claimed there was a sign on the door - that's a lie - there was a sing that said deliveries in the back, nothing else. The new customer service rep seemed surprised that the owner hadn't called me back personally and honesty I'm surprised as well. Clearly after reading these reviews its clear that management and ownership don't care.
  
  Now this is not a dig on Edible Arrangements - they had no control over this location - but it is a dig on the location. Pick a different one because normally Edible Arrangements is fantastic. I highly recommend the one in Palatine.
