  i can corroborate that this man is a scheister. i bought a 2002 ford taurus from him on 22 may 2017, and while the car is fine, he has made no effort whatsoever to file for my new title and plates. he has a history of doing this, which i wish i would have known before purchasing from him. my plates expire on 17 august 2017 and still he has not bothered to file. i have tried contacting him many times and his voice mailboxes are consistently full. he is not available at his office when i get home from work and because like a pervious reviewer said, he makes a huge deal out of being seventh day adventist, he is never available on saturdays, and i can't reach him on sunday either.
  
  at this point i am calling my attorney and getting the secretary of state police involved.
