  BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, Mike Gulgren is a scammer. I bought all my kitchen aid appliances through them at the same time, wasn't given a single discount instead i feel ripped off. kitchen aid wall oven was over priced by $600 alone. The exhaust hood came defected & he refuses to replace it as a full unit. For $2,099.00 i expect a whole new unit not some already defected unit to be tuned up. i will NEVER do business with them again. I don't understand how he has so many good reviews, was i treated differently because I am brown skinned?! I will be contacting consumer complaint in Springfield & with the B.B.B.
