  Kalitrea Yoga Studio has been my “yoga home” for more than 14 years, and Jill Thomas has been my teacher for most of that time. In her classes, Jill creates an atmosphere that is welcoming, encouraging, and positive. Class sessions are well planned, yet Jill makes room for spontaneity and will ask us, “What does your body need?” Jill is very safety-conscious; she uses her in-depth knowledge of anatomy and her years of yoga experience to help all of her students make whatever adjustments or modifications to poses are necessary for a safe and healthy practice. Jill’s knowledge, creativity, humor and patience make her classes a joy. I am grateful to have found Kalitrea and to be one of her students.
