  First service for Mazda 3 Sport. Didn’t buy at this dealership so was concerned how helpful they might be. They were great. It was just an oil change and tire rotation but still feel confident to return based on their attitude with me and others in waiting area.

  I was really impressed when I came to get my oil changed last week. I called ahead to see if they were busy since I had time off of work. They said that it was a good time to come in which was about two in the afternoon. When I came in I was helped by Natalie who was very attentive when I first walked in the door. My oil change took about an hour but then I found out I had a hole in my tire so it was a little longer than that.
  During the whole process they kept me very informed. The whole process was rather painless and easy. After transaction she also informed me that I was going to be meeting a couple of new things on my car in the near future. But I appreciated what she gave me estimates of what they would cost which is very important for me to know seeing as that will determine when the repairs will be done. Honestly the whole experience was perfect because of Natalie's attention and positive attitude towards me. I have been there several times before and not receive the same amount of service. So I was very impressed with her.
