  Thanks to Northern Continental for the recent installation of the 2 new heating and AC systems my home required. Dan did a great job explaining the products and took the time to return to my house and provide me not only the quote, but also product brochures on his recommended equipment. I requested quotes from 3 other companies and Dan at Northern Continental was by far the most courteous, knowledgeable and customer oriented of all other company reps from the firms I contacted in the Crystal Lake/McHenry areas. Their product and price was also superior to those offered by these other companies, and were presented to me in a highly professional manner.
  
  Scott and his team did an excellent job on my install. They arrived on time, did the work in a professional manner and cleaned up thoroughly when complete. Scott also was very informative with the details of the operation of my 96% efficient, two-stage furnaces. I was impressed by the way Scott paid attention to the details of the installation, and I truly felt like he completed the installation as if he was in his own home.
  
  I would highly recommend Northern Continental, without any hesitation whatsoever, for any heating and air conditioning replacements and service. Solid, professional company with high caliber talent who operate with high degree of technical skill and customer orientation.

  Dave is amazing. I had two other HVAC companies here who were unable to resolve a problem that was occurring w my HVAC after installing an Ecobee 4. Dave is extremely knowledgable , he explained what the problem was and explained what he was doing to fix it. I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise with both my HVAC and my Ecobee ( which I guess because its new technology many other companies don't completely understand ). I would highly recommend this company and will have them back for routine service when needed.
