  I rented a pulley puller/installer kit from Auto Zone and it didn't fit my project. When I returned it the guy said sorry, try O'Reillys.
  
  I went in and the Asst. Manager (Ron?) helped me out. We tried their puller and same luck as before. However, this guy gave me the best service I've had in a long time! He looked up other pullers and ever started taking pullers off the shelf, opening the packages and trying to find the right fit. When none of that worked, we looked into just buying a new pulley and being done with it, but they didn't have one for my truck. Finally he suggested if I want to buy the tool, instead of rent it, I could secure the jaw halves in a vice and grind down the meat that is catching them from seating properly. So I bought the whole puller/installer kit and did as he suggested and sure enough I was able to finish the project! And at only $35 for the kit? Can't beat that!
  
  This guy spent a solid 20 minutes trying to find a solution instead of just sending me on. He had a great attitude and told me one way, or another he was going to help me figure it out. He didn't give up until he did and that says a lot! Knowledge and determination goes a long way and definitely doesn't go unnoticed.
  
  Every time I've gone here the entire staff has been very helpful. Thank you and keep up the good work!
