  I would have given them a 0 rating had there been a no star rating, I have had the worst experience with this company, we called this company twice to inspect the motion sensor light on the garage and they charged me the service fee for the visit twice but did not fix the broken light after committing to fix it, I have had them called 10 times thought my warranty company but the owner Pete , he says he is always busy and will get back later but will never in reality. Why stay in business if you do not want to resolve and do a good job.

  Bad experience with this company - Customer service is terrible , hard to get someone to respond , then even more challenging to make an appointment. They didn't get the order correct, came late & repairman was unfriendly & put blame on me that I wasn't clear. Also, they charged us for visit , in which he was late for but didn't have tools to fix my light fixture . (It was an "electrical" appointment- doesn't make sense .) Took fixture & after promising to return so we can pay someone else to fix , never dropped off .
  So basically charged for nothing .
