  They do a good job with eyebrows, but they suck when it comes to making appointment for facials. You call them to make appointment, and they tell you they have to talk to the owner to make an appointment or they give you the ph # for the owner to make an appointment. You contact them but she never replies back. And this happened twice. Then you finally make an appointment, and they cancel on you. Great! Awful customer service.
