I am a Starbucks fan, but not this one. I placed a mobile order and waited for 15 minutes. I asked someone about it and they said “we’re busy, you have to wait.” So I waited a few minutes and asked someone else who told me I had to wait in line again to ask a a manger. I asked a third person, now having waited 18 minutes, if she would get the manager. She said no, I had to wait in line again. Even when I got to the manager she blamed me and said there was no mobile order, EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE RECEIPT. I just wanted my drink. And maybe an apology. But that didn’t happen.
