  Had a DLP TV that would not turn on. I knew it was not the lamp, and figured it was the color wheel or the motherboard. I called Dale and he gave me a estimate depending on what type of problem that I thought it was. I took it in, about 1 hour later he called me back with the problem and had done a fair amount of troubleshooting to really understand what broke (a sensor on the color wheel malfunctioned). He had the TV fixed an hour later for same day picked (Hawks game tonight, so I was grateful).

  overall good experience in the end. Bought my TV off me for spare parts which he didn't need to do. I appreciated that, although the TV couldn't be fixed, I appreciated all Dale did to help.
