  We've been Chili's fans for a long time but lately, not so much. I got the new chicken crispers and waffles. The chicken is different at Chili's these days. We've noticed this in the past 12 months or so. The chicken has a processed, bouncy texture in my crispers. My husband's fajitas were the same. They've definitely changed something, maybe to save money. We we're very unhappy. We are done giving them chances.
