  A pleasure going, testing an used vehicle, buying it. Those people are very well trained to make the customer happy. What I likes the most is that they didn't push me or trying to convince me ; very transparent and professional with everything, from walking in till walking out. Mr Bryan Murphy, from financing department is a pro in doing the paperwork. Very very wise person. Mr Jonathan the sale person, very polite and educated. I likes the environment and I purchased a car. Thank you M'Lady team

  Definitely not the dealer to buy a car from. You don’t have to follow my advice at the end it’s a choice that we all make. I made my choice to drive 1.3 hours with potential to buy a used car from this place and I REGRET! doing it. They will talk nice on the phone just to make you come over at the dealership. Once you there all the nice attitude it’s all over. Don’t even think about to have some water or coffee offered because this dealership has only low educated people which don’t know how to treat a customer!! Not a big deal but it’s FIRST!! sign how well you will be treated afterwards. Asked this salesman who’s name is “Alex” about the car which I was interested if we can negotiate the price he said we will talk when I get there... OK. The car was OK nothing wrong except NO SECOND KEY!., 2017 car without second key. So the story short about my personal experience with this place is that DON’T expect to be able to negotiate the price EVEN if they say they will on the phone!! Be smart and find a better choice where to buy and have a better buying experience then I had! Why would you go to dealership which employee have no education how to treat a customer and have at least some sales experience??? I FORGOT TO MENTION that the Manager that was helping this salesman “Alex” to close the deal with me & which tried to make a joke by negotiating the price of the car by 100$ that he needs to go back to school.. FOR REAL MAN because I don’t know how the hell you aren’t not embarrassed of yourself by showing how low educated you are!!!
